Watercolour Pen (Activation with water)
Drawn from the Tsim Sha Tsui waterfront on the Kowloon side. I used pen for the skyline, without the aid of a ruler (freehand). I enhanced the shadow and texture by activating the ink, giving the sky and the harbour a blue/cyan tint.
